The Virology Laboratory of the University of Nigeria Teaching Hospital have been added to the NCDC Molecular Laboratory Network as part of measures to scale up national testing capacity of COVID-19.
With the inclusion of this Laboratory, there are now 59 NCDC laboratories with capacity to test COVID-19.
This announcement was made by the NCDC on its official Twitter page @NCDCgov.
